A Bondassage treatment session combines massage and bodywork techniques, alongside elements from breathwork and energy work, orgasm control and edging, rhythmic body percussion, light flogging, and various restraints such as light bondage practices (for instance cuffs and collars), sensory deprivation (such as blindfolds and headphones), and sometimes sensory overload. One could say that it’s a light form of BDSM intermixed with massage elements.

Hence, Bondassage is a mixture of kink and fetish practices, sensual massage, bodywork and bondage, and rather focused at an inner experience for the receiver. The massage techniques used are diverse and can include elements of Swedish Massage, Prostate Massage, Taoist Erotic Massage, acupressure, Sensual Oil Massage, Tantric Massage, and FBSM Massage, depending on the skills and proficiency of the Bondassage practitioner.

Bondassage can be applied solely as an erotic pleasure experience, or as a means to deeply relax and let go, but it may also be given as a form of Somatic Therapy, for instance applied alongside modalities such as Sexological Bodywork, Intimacy Coaching, Somatic Sexology, or Body De-Armoring practices, and Trauma Release.

A Bondassage session usually takes place on a massage table — or alternatively on a milking massage table — allowing the receiver to fully relax, surrender control of the situation, heighten their sensory awareness, and simply “undergo” the treatment.

Although not purely a Tantric Massage, Tantra techniques are often interwoven in sessions to create an experience that leaves one energized, more fulfilled, and more deeply surrendered to life. In fact, many Bondassage practitioners have a Tantra background, although they can have many other kinds of training also, such as in BDSM, massage therapy, Sexological Bodywork, kink and fetish, Taoist Bodywork, Reiki, or yoga.

In Bondassage session, being able to trust the practitioner completely is of vital importance. The receiver can only surrender entirely to a session if they are confident that the giver is going to take good and responsible care of them.

Apart from solo work with a Bondassage practitioner, there’s also the option of Bondassage for Couples. Practitioners offering Bondassage® are officially trained and certified. Learn more about this on the Bondassage website.
