Perhaps you think I use the title of this post as a click-bait, but I’m not. As a matter of fact, there are Testicles and Uterus Massage training courses offered in Thailand.
You may now think I’m referring to Karsai Nei Tsang, but I’m not really, although there are of course obvious similarities. Karsai Nei Tsang or Genital Detox Massage, popularized by Mantak Chia (Tao garden), is a treatment intimately related to Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Internal Organ Massage) and much broader than only focusing on the testicles and prostate for men or on the uterus and ovaries for women.
Having said that, let’s take look at what exactly are the Thai Testicles and Uterus massage treatments and training courses.
Now, Testicles Massage is called Jap Kasai, Jabkasai or Japkasai, and apparently originated in China. It has been practiced in Thailand for centuries already and is a massage done directly on the testicles and on the lymphatic system around them (the penis itself isn’t touched). It’s supposed to stimulate the reproductive function and internal organs, and solve issues like impotency, erection dysfunctions, frequent urination, premature ejaculation, insensitivity, and fertility problems. It’s also said to relieve lower back pains and increase overall blood circulation and a healthy metabolism.
Uterus Massage is called Yok Thong and can be considered the female version of Jap Kasai. It works on the uterus and ovaries and seems to have a therapeutic healing effect on problems with urination or cystitis (inflammation of the bladder). Yok Thong literally means “lifting up the stomach” and in fact the treatment will lift the lower abdominal organs and has a positive effect on the prevention of gynecological diseases, and, like Jap Kasai, it can have positive effects on relieving lower back pains and increasing overall blood circulation and a healthy metabolism.
Often, Jap Kasai and Yok Thong are done in conjunction with a full body massage and/or internal organ abdominal massage, but they are applied separately also. Finally, and perhaps needless to remark, Testicles and Uterus massages are not sexual services in the sense of ‘erotic pleasure’ or a ‘happy ending,’ but serious therapeutic sexual organs treatments.
I also mention Thai Womblifting (or Thai Womb Lifting), because this healing modality has noticeable parallels with Yok Thong (Uterus Massage). Perhaps the best known contemporary practitioner and teacher of Thai Womblifting in Thailand is Homprang Chaleekanha (from the Baan Hom Samunphrai school in Chiang Mai).
As practiced by Homprang, Womblifting involves hot sea salt crystals in a clay pot wrapped in specific medicinal leaves applied as a compress. The process also involves manipulation of acupressure points on the abdomen, legs, buttocks and back, and the uterus is manipulated directly with the hands on the abdomen. As described by Homprang, the treatment is used for both post-natal health and for fertility problems, but generally for overall feminine health and well-being.
Similar treatments are taught for prostate problems of men, and the therapeutic work can in fact be applied for both men and women.
Training in Thailand
For Karsai Nei Tsang training it’s best to check out our post Thai Karsai Nei Tsang Genital Massage Courses & Workshops in Thailand, in which we briefly review all the schools and teachers available.
As already mentioned, for Womblifting training courses we advice to take a look at the Baan Hom Samunphrai school.
Khun Ni from Chiang Mai, a Chi Nei Tsang and Karsai Nei Tsang treatment specialist and teacher, seems to be a specialist of Womb lifting and Womb re-positioning also.
Training in Japan
I finally also like to mention two reputable Japanese training centers, because Jap Kasai and Yok Thong treatments and training have become quite popular traditional healing modalities in Japan.
