Bondage Cuffs | Restraints as a Sex Toy

Cuffs in sexual practices, also called bondage cuffs, are restraints usually applied in BDSM, kinky, or fetish situations for sexual pleasure, with mutual consent of the sex partners.

The cuffs used are typically wrist and ankle restraints, often made from leather, and usually padded with soft material. After being put and locked around the wrists and/or ankles, they are usually attached to each other or to another object.

Mind that bondage cuffs are different compared to conventional handcuffs; they are padded, less prone to causing injury, and more comfortable. Nevertheless, caution need always to be taken into account when using cuffs, because it’s still possible to cause injuries.

You can also find suspension cuffs (used to suspend i.e. hang the body), which are specifically made to carry loads. It’s not advised to use ordinary bondage cuffs for suspension purposes.
