First of all, this article has nothing whatsoever to do with milking a cow or goat, and so on, but with “milking” a man in a sexual sense. Having said that, the term “milking” in sensual erotic massage or other erotic bodywork treatments points to either milking a penis (Penis Milking) or milking the prostate gland (Prostate Milking).

Now, in the case of milking the penis, it’s about applying the typical repetitive milking-movements with one or two hands around the penis (as when you would milk the udder of a cow) in order to stimulate sexual arousal.
You could also simply call it a hand-job given in a specific way, which can be performed by a sex worker, BDSM practitioner, or erotic massage practitioner, and — of course — one can also do some “self-milking” (as in self-masturbation). Milking the penis may result in actual “milk” being ejected, which means that the milked person “comes” i.e. has a penile orgasm and ejaculates semen.
As for milking the prostate (or actually milking the prostate gland), it means that the “milked person” receives a Prostate Massage, typically an internal Prostate Massage either given with the finger or with a sex toy (the latter known as a Prostate Massager). Prostate Massage can be given by one person to another person, but it may also be in the form of Self Prostate Massage.
A prostate massage session may also be carried out through anal sex (man-on-man) or through so-called pegging, the latter being a form of anal sex in which a person uses a strap-on dildo to penetrate another person’s anus. Through anal sex or pegging, the prostate gland may be reached and sexually stimulated.

Prostate Massage may result in a very intense orgasm — either a Prostate Orgasm or a Full Body Orgasm — and as a result prostatic fluid may exit the penis, which is a thin, milky white, or slightly greyish liquid, and technically/theoretically doesn’t contain sperm.
But then, what about the Milking Table and Milking Table Massage? Well, it means that “milking,” either milking the penis or milking the prostate, is performed on a special massage table that has an extra opening at the level of the pelvic region (apart from the common opening for one’s head), making it possible for the erotic bodywork practitioner to crouch under the table and access (and subsequently “milk”) either the male’s penis or prostate, or both.
The practice of milking on a Milking Table may solely consist of Penis Milking or Prostate Milking, but it may also be a more elaborate treatment, in the sense that it’s accompanied by a Full Body Sensual Massage (FBSM), edging and orgasm control practices, or perhaps rather BDSM work, such as Tie & Tease, Tease & Denial, or bondage work, to just give some examples.
