To be frank — as for Yoni Mapping, there is no standard duration for a session, nor is there a fixed sequence that needs to be followed. It all depends on you, and on the Yoni mapping therapist.

That is, it depends on the therapist’s training background, on how they work and what tools and techniques they use, on what you need, on what kind of work needs to be done, and on what types of extras i.e. additional work the therapist offers or thinks is appropriate for a specific session.

Typically, but depending on the factors mentioned in the previous paragraph, a single Yoni mapping session could take between two and four hours, or even longer.

In addition, mind that a session consists of much more than only hands-on Yoni work. For instance, the Yoni mapping practitioner will always start with a thorough introduction and enquiry, trying to understand why you’d want to have a session. This will guide them as for what sort of work will or needs to be done.

Apart from asking you about your emotional, physical, and medical background, and probing what kinds of precautions and contraindications need to be taken into account, the therapist will also explain what tools and techniques they (will) use, what their approach is, how they work, and what the build-up of the session will entail.

You could just take one Yoni mapping session, but follow-up sessions may be offered and recommended because issues often need some time to be worked on before they are resolved. Patience is key; generally, there are no “quick fixes.”

In any case, having more sessions very much depends on your own feeling, your perceived progress with the issues you came for, and on the recommendation of the therapist. Mind that some Yoni mapping therapists recommend a follow-up session after three to six weeks, others after three months or six months, and so on.
