Yoni Egg, Pregnancy, Childbirth | Jade Egg

I’d like to first start this post with a general warning: it’s not advised to use the Yoni Egg during the pregnancy period.

That said, and this is somewhat contradictory, the Yoni Egg may be used in the last two months of pregnancy (the eighth and ninth month).

Some women do gentle, passive exercises with a low energetic Yoni Egg to get ready for delivery (the actual childbirth). It’s thought that the total delivery time can be reduced with two hours. Nevertheless, this should only be done with consent and assistance of a professional midwife, gynecologist, or doula.

Additionally, it’s thought that doing Yoni Egg exercises in the pre-pregnancy period, with a deliberate eye on one’s forthcoming pregnancy, can stimulate fertility, and can help to have an easier pregnancy time, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
