Mizan Therapy | Traditional Reproductive Healing

Mizan Therapy was founded by Bushra Finch and is a traditional reproductive healing technique for men and women that focuses on guiding the reproductive organs back into their place.

The massage therapy is a gentle abdominal massage treatment that restores the free flow of circulatory systems, such as lymph and blood circulation, and relieves congestion and blockages in the abdominal and genital i.e. reproductive system. It may also support emotional healing, alleviate anxiety and stress, and relax tightened and contracted muscles and other bodily tissues.

Although Mizan Abdominal Therapy gained popularity notably as a Fertility Massage therapy and Postnatal Restorative Massage it can be beneficial for a whole range of other situations and circumstances also.

Some of the healing benefits include curing or alleviating a displaced or prolapsed uterus or bladder, painful or irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic congestion, headaches and migraines, chronic constipation, erectile dysfunctions, benign prostate enlargement, prostatis, and frequent urination, among a range of other symptoms and pathologies connected with our sexuality or genital (reproductive) organs.

For info on Mizan Therapy trainings courses and workshops, or certified practitioners, you may visit the Mizan Therapy website for the United Kingdom or the one for Australia and New Zealand.
