African Bamiléké Massage

The Bamiléké are a people of Cameroon and parts of Nigeria who migrated to the area between 11th and 14th centuries. Where they came from is rather uncertain.

Their Bamiléké Massage is usually called a “drainage massage,” and it’s typically used in conjunction with the Manefaing Massage.
