Jahara® is practiced in a warm pool, and uses gradual, continuous circular movements and stretches, which allows for traction, elongation of the spine, and relaxation of the neuromuscular system.

During the treatment, the receiver is always supported/held by the therapist, making for a safe feeling in a relaxed and calm manner.

Some of the health benefits include overall relaxation, alleviation of stress and anxiety, pain relief, rehabilitation support, preparation for labor, and alleviation of hyperactivity, fatigue, and insomnia.

The Jahara® technique is suitable for pregnant women, babies, children, and adults. The treatment duration ranges from thirty minutes to one hour.
