In Hinduism, the Gandharva refer to celestial beings whose males are considered divine singers and the females divine dancers. It’s also a word used for professional singers in Indian classical music.

Gandharva Massage uses sound therapy to improve energy flow. The therapist uses warm, herbal oils to give a full-body massage, while additionally using crystal singing bowls to vibrate the cells in the body for healing benefits.

Additionally, the treatment also involves acupressure-based Marma Points Therapy, also called Marma Chikitsa Therapy.

The health benefits of Gandharva Sound Therapy include stimulation of mental, physical and emotional wellness, balancing the Chakras, reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging deep relaxation, increasing overall energy and vitality, reducing fatigue, and promoting self-esteem and creativity.
