In this post, you’ll find an overview of Body Dearmouring treatment providers in and around Berlin, Germany.

Body De-Armouring — also written “Body Dearmouring” — is a body-oriented emotional and trauma release treatment modality for men and women. Mind that in the German language, “Body De-Armouring” is translated as “Körperentpanzerung.” In addition, you’ll find that many practitioners also use the American English spelling: “De-Armoring” or “Dearmoring.”

The dearmouring practice also carries a variety of synonyms, including Somatic Dearmouring, Muscular Dearmouring, and Emotional Dearmouring.

The core idea behind a session is to help receivers overcome or heal emotional inhibitions and disorders, improve intimacy and relationship competencies, and to again find pleasure and satisfaction in life and living by using a somatic — that is, body-oriented or embodied therapeutic approach, which typically uses massage, gentle touch and body awareness, breathwork, and other bodywork techniques.

Although often associated with sexual healing, De-Armouring sessions can bring a variety of repressed or suppressed emotions to the surface — not only sexual — supporting receivers to process, accept, and integrate their past or present experiences into their daily lives.

In practice, De-Armouring massage and bodywork can be carried out through different types of somatic therapies, such as Pelvic Release Massage, Abdominal Massage, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Intra-Oral Massage, Somatic Breathwork, Sexological Bodywork, Somatic Sex Coaching, Myofascial Release Therapy, Hakomi, and Holistic Pulsing, to give some examples.

In addition, there are also specialized Body De-Armouring treatment modalities, such as Tantric De-Armouring, Anal De-Armouring, Prostate De-Armouring, Neo-Reichian Massage, Genital Mapping, BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release, and Somatic Experiencing, among a variety of other treatments that specifically focus on emotional and trauma healing.

Well, in any case, here below then you find our listing of the De-Armouring practitioners we’ve spotted in Berlin.
