What is Colonic Massage?

Colonic Massage, also labeled as Colon Massage or Bowel Massage, is an Abdominal Massage with a therapeutic focus on the intestines. Nevertheless, mind that some practitioners use the name Colonic Massage simply as a synonym for Abdominal Massage or Internal Organs Massage.

For what it is, generally, when the term Colonic Massage is used, it’s mainly aimed at resolving problems with the Gastrointestinal Tract, that is, to bring relief for constipation, diarrhea, baby colic, general abdominal pains, excessive gas and bloating.

Colonic Massage self-help manuals, guides, and workshops are rather popular and plenty to be found on the Internet. The massage can be done daily to give more structural relief for the long term, but it can also be carried out in an ad hoc fashion when one experiences symptoms such as constipation, gas and/or bloating.
