Penis Reshaping, Modeling, and Phalloplasty | Male Enhancement

Penis Shaping, Penis Reshaping, or Penile Modeling is about giving the head of the penis (the glans penis or crown of the penis) another shape, for instance, giving it the perfect “mushroom shape.” It can also refer to making the glans bigger, or to changing the appearance of the shaft of the penis.

For instance, the glans penis may be too small in relation to the (enlarged or non-enlarged) penis shaft, and may be “eligible” for enlargement i.e. remodeling. Glans penis augmentation is typically done with “fillers,” through injections.

As for the penis shaft, it maybe unnaturally curved, which can be an aesthetic annoyance or cause pains (for oneself or for the partner), or even totally obstruct sexual intercourse.

Peyronie’s disease, a condition that can be caused by (repeated) penile trauma and scarring, among other factors, is a well-known problem that causes curvature issues. Some treatments applied to correct abnormal curvature are the use of traction devices, penile implants, and injections that dissolve or correct scar tissue.

Phalloplasty is the official name for the construction, reconstruction, or modification of the penis by surgery, which is also a term used to refer to surgical penis enlargement. Phalloplastic surgery is typically performed in cases of having a micropenis, epispadias, hypospadias, penis loss, and in cases of sex reassignment.
