The first one involves contributing, aiding, or otherwise participating in the production or distribution of methamphetamine, typically with the goal of achieving moneymaxxing i.e., wealthmaxxing.
The latter can be a goal in itself, as a means to elevate one’s life circumstances, social status, and standing, or alternatively it can be a means to be able to pay for looksmaxxing practices, such as expensive plastic surgery.
The second meaning of methmaxxing is excessively using methamphetamine as a way to cope with or escape the struggles of involuntary celibacy.

That is, it’s about involuntary celibates who turn to methamphetamine use, often rationalized as a way of accepting defeat, to numb loneliness, boost confidence, or escape reality.
However, keep in mind that methamphetamine is highly addictive, and long‑term use causes severe physical and psychological harm.
Therefore, no matter how you look at it, it’s either a self‑destructive practice or one that can cause serious harm to others (through its production, distribution, or sale), and it’s not recommended and usually illegal to engage in.
