Raynor Naturopathic Massage Therapy Explained

Raynor Naturopathic Massage is a holistic system of bodywork developed by Brandon Raynor, an Australian massage therapist. This massage modality borrows from Ayurvedic Massage, Chinese Medicine, Reflexology, Shiatsu and Yoga Breathwork.

Key focus in this therapy is given on the Eastern medical concept that the physical body is a gross manifestation of a subtle body, which is composed of Vital Life Force (Chi or Prana), emotions, and other subtle energies that are all related, and affect each other. Both physical and emotional factors can lead to a blockage in the flow of Life Force, which can cause bones to dislocate or create tension in the body.

The main goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage is to relieve a person of residual tension, muscle tightness in an area of the body when the body is at rest, and return the body to its natural state of relaxation.
