In this post, we summarize the health benefits of Cannabis consumption, notably those benefits associated with the CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) compounds.

CBD and THC each have their own health benefits, although quite some of those are rather similar. Nevertheless, research on effects of Cannabis shows that when you consume both CBD and THC in a balanced mix they work together to have more potent medical benefits.

Keep in mind that each person reacts differently to different doses of CBD and THC, and also on the way it’s taken or applied, may that be topically, orally, or via inhalation. As such, it may be that only some or even none of the health benefits described below is experienced by you.

And Finally

In a more general sense, there are many aspects around CBD and THC use that are not yet known. Think of effects of sustained use over longer periods of time, the specific dose to take for certain health conditions, effects of different methods of intake (topical, inhalation, etc.), effects on brain development of adults, children, and newborns, effects on pregnant women, and the interaction of CBD and THC with other herbs and drugs.
