Dry Hydro Massage, also known as Dry Water Massage, Dry Waterbed Massage, or Dry Wave Massage, involves a massage bed or waterbed-like structure on which the (clothed) receiver lies down to receive the massage. The massage is carried out by a Dry Hydro Massage machine.

Mind that although called “Hydro Massage,” the treatment consists of a dry massage, because the receiver is not directly exposed to the water and hence stays dry.

The machine used for Dry Hydro Massage applies high-pressured water jets that glide and push along the inner surface of the warm massage bed/waterbed structure, which causes waves and movements providing a head-to-toe Deep Tissue Full Body Massage.

Usually, the receiver would lie on their back (supine position), but it’s also possible that the treatment is received by lying on the belly (prone position).

The machine utilizes different pressures, temperatures, and speed settings, which makes for different types of sensations, precision targeting of areas of tension in the body, and different applications.

The health benefits of Dry Hydro Massage include improved blood and lymph circulation, reduced muscle tension, pain relief, and deep relaxation.
