What Is this Video Workshop about?
In the video we demonstrate a quick Thai Massage Full Body Warming-up sequence. The session takes about five minutes and serves to prepare i.e. warm-up the body of the receiver for a more targeted (Thai therapeutic) treatment.
The sequence is an ultra-short full body Thai Massage with the receiver lying on the belly (prone position), and later on lying on the back (supine position).
Apart from stimulating the blood circulation and warming-up the muscles and tendons (the goal is to prevent injuries), it also lets the receiver relax and become acquainted with (the touch of) the practitioner.
In the accompanying book we take a look at common Thai Massage precautions and contraindications, session etiquettes and preparations, and various general concepts with regard to Traditional Thai Massage.
