Payments & Refunds
Payments and downloads of our eBooks and Video Workshops are done through Gumroad, a reputable and established digital downloads service provider and payment processor.
Unauthorized payments for our products through your bank or other financial institution can be disputed via Gumroad.
We typically don’t refund payments unless a purchased eBook or Video Workshop was not delivered successfully, or if you are not the one who bought one of our products (for instance, in case of fraudulent use of your credit card or other payment system).
